I am the mother of seven who loves to cook and bake. My husband Josh is an awesome chef, and continuously treats our family to culinary delights.
I am honing my skills as a bread baker, even though I am yeast intolerant. I began using only Sourdough starters, but I've found other methods which use less yeast, such as a Poolish starter.
I love to cook, although my still-at-home family (three teens and one pre-teen - all boys) is sometimes very picky and they do not always enjoy my tastes. But I've had enough of Hamburger Helper and "The Blue".
This is a log of my journeys through learning not so kid friendly foods. They like it or they make their own! Mostly WE are loving it!
